Greetings,

Please be advised that we will be performing maintenace work on our web hosting servers located at our Chicago facility on Saturday, January 28th. It is scheduled to take place between 8PM to 2AM CST (-6GMT) and will last about an hour per server. Each server will also need to be taken offline during this time [the hour] so please plan accordingly.

If your web hosting service uses an IP that begins with 216.86.x.x, you will be impacted by this maintenance work. This includes all our cPanel and VPS customers and a few of our Ensim customers.

While we apologize for the downtime, we are undertaking this upgrade to our services so that we can continue to meet the growing needs of our customers.

We will update this thread with the progress of the maintenance work so you will be able to monitor it for when it has been completed.

As always, you are welcome to contact us at support@netwisp.com if you have any questions about this matter.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

Greetings,

We have finished the part of our scheduled maintenance that required taking our servers offline. All of our servers are up and running so if you notice any problems with your website(s), please contact us at support@netwisp.com and we'll get them resolved for you.

NOTE: We also determined that our VPS server needed to have one of its drives replaced in the RAID array. The server will have degraded IO performance over the next few hours while the RAID array rebuilds itself with the new drive.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding while we performed these upgrades to your service.
