Today we had a network outage lasting approximately 2 hours (1PM to 3PM) due to a failure of the uplink switch that provided bandwidth to our section of the data center. We, along with everyone else impacted, have been moved to other switches and are now back up and running normally. We do not expect to have any further downtime from this issue.

In order to correct this situation, we are having a second redundant uplink installed to prevent this issue from happening again. We hope to have this second link installed within the week and I will update this topic when the second link has been added.

We apologize for today's service disruption and we hope that we can quickly return to our normal high level of service that you've come to expect from us.
