View Full Version : HostingBox and OnTimeHosting Name Server Migration

Greetings,

We are pleased to announce that the zone records for the domains hosted with TheHostingBox and OnTimeHosting have been added to our cPanel name servers. You can now start to use them for resolving your domain names. If your domains are using any of the following name servers:

ns1 & ns2.ontimehosting.com
ns1, ns2 & ns3.thehostingbox.com
ns1 & ns2.webserverbox.com
ns1 & ns2.valvehosting.com

Please update your domain name to use the following name servers instead:

ns4.netwisp.com
ns5.netwisp.com

If your domain names were registered with OnTime (TheHostingBox), we will be updating those for you automatically. OnTimeHosting LLC will be discontinuing the above listed name servers in two months so if your domain names are not updated by that time, they will stop resolving at that time.

If you are using your own name servers, please update your IPs to the following set:

216.86.153.14 (ns4.netwisp.com)
208.100.15.14 (ns5.netwisp.com)

You will need to update these by the end of the month as the servers hosting them will be cancelled at that time.

We will update this topic with any updates regarding the name server migration as it processes.

Greetings,

I am updating this ticket to remind everyone that the OnTimeHosting name servers will be discontinued at the end of the month. If you have not yet updated your domain's name servers from one of the name servers supported by name servers, please do so by the end of the month to avoid any disruptions in service.

We have finished updating all the domains that were registered through OnTimeHosting so you only need to take action if your domains are hosted through another registar like GoDaddy, Network Solutions or Yahoo.
