Greetings,

Please be advised that we will be performing additional maintenance tasks on our servers starting at 10PM CDT on June 23rd, 2007.

The first task will be transfering the contents of cpanel1.netwisp.com to a more powerful web server. We have resolved the issues we ran into last weekend with this transfer so we will be able to complete it this weekend without further complications. There will be around thirty minutes of downtime when the final data is transferred to the new server.

The second task involves applying some important BIOS/firmware updates on our Dell servers that have been recently released. The downtime on these servers will be brief (less than 5-10 minutes each) when we have to reboot them after applying the updates.

Feel free to contact us on our help desk at http://support.netwisp.com if you have any questions or concerns about these tasks and we'll be glad to assist you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we preform these tasks to better improve our services for you!

Greetings,

So far the migration of data to the new server is processing without incident and we are starting the firmware/BIOS updates on our Dell servers now. I will update this topic when we have additional information.

Greetings,

We are entering the final stage of the cpanel1 migration. All services have been halted on the old server in order to copy over any changes that have happened since the initial copy. Once this copy stage is done, the new server will be rebooted and your websites will be back online again.

All BIOS/Firmware updates have been performed as well.

I will update this topic once the migration is done.

Thanks for your patience while we performed these upgrades!
