View Full Version : Network Outage
Greetings,
Please be advised that we are having an issue with the uplink switch for cabinets #410 and #411 that has disrupted service for all the servers in those cabinets. The data center is working on the matter and your service will be restored once its been resolved.
I will update this thread when more information becomes available.

Greetings,
The data center has updated us with the issue and it would seem its more than just our uplink switches are at fault. One of their distribution routers is offline and the other one is only able to run at 4% capacity. They are continuing to work on the issue and will provide further updates.

The data center has provided an update stating that the network traffic didn't properly fall over to the other distribution router which is what is causing the problems. They're working on getting this resolved. All the servers should be brought back online once they get all traffic brought over to the other distribution router.

We are starting to get service restored at this time so sites may appear to be online. We do not know if this is a full fix yet or if service may again be interrupted for this issue. We will provide another update once we get additional information from the data center.
We have received confirmation from the data center that the issue should now be resolved. If you are still having problems with accessing your website(s) with us, please contact us via our support channels and we'll be happy to assist you in getting it resolved.
Thank you for your patience and understanding with today's outage.
Hal
