That's a very opened ended question you have there. Could you clarify more about what you're trying to ask regarding Russian and Russian entertainment web-portals? We do host a few websites for people in Russia and they've been happy with our service. So in general, we do not have any problems with hosting sites for Russians and that would include entertainment web portals.
